Cheryl Tyler
Chief Executive Officer
With over 35 years of experience in the security, intelligence and risk assessment industry, Ms. Tyler has developed a style and expertise in security management, logistics, and advances for corporate businesses, entertainment, non-profit, international organizations, sports and major event industries. Her event security experience, personal touch and level of professional skill are well sought after in the major events management space.
As a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, Ms. Tyler was a training instructor at the Secret Service Academy and the first woman of color assigned to the Presidential Protective Division, where she served on protective duty for Presidents Bush and Clinton. During that time, she conducted logistical advance work for world leaders’ visits to the United States, events in private and public venues for Presidents, Vice Presidents and dignitaries in the US and abroad. She recently wrote a book about her experience there.
Event Security Planning
CLT3 Consulting associates come from both the private and public sector, working as heads of security for leading corporations, serving within the United States Secret Service and working with the White House Advance Office. Our team has been responsible for the design and management of a wide variety of events including security planning for operations during economic summits, visiting foreign heads of state, worldwide conferences, and events for major organizations and corporations.
